“Pray to whatever higher being you believe in that this stand-up preacher never loses his
childish, crazy ways.” ***** The Scotsman
“Brilliant & life-affirming – Tommy Tiernan actually makes you proud to be Irish.” -The Irish Independent
“He has the vocabulary of a poet, the soul of a maverick & the passion of an evangelist.” – Chortle
Of all the outlaw counties that we have produced there is none where the air is as fresh, the light so mighty and the music as wild as in Clare. The lunacy seems effortless and natural and good for ya. It’s the only place in the world where you can get healed by madness. Living in west for the past twenty years and seeing the county every day from his house, Tommy believes Clare has always belonged more in Connaught than Munster and this World Tour is he hopes only a prelude to an invasion to steal the county back
Tommy’s mastery of stand-up allows him to take risks other comedians dare not. Through hilarious storytelling and a high energy, non- apologetic delivery he continually challenges his audience who can be confident they are in safe hands. To see Tiernan live is a rare treat, as his stories unfold and themes are elaborated his performance mesmerises as his lyrical way with words make you laugh harder than you’d ever believe possible.
Tommy Tiernan’s brand new DVD “Crooked Man” has been receiving rave reviews from the critics see below some of the highlights:
“If there’s a more beautiful stand-up DVD out there, we’ve yet to see it. . It’s also refreshing to see a comic put some love into their live DVD, rather than simply churning out another Christmas cash-in. It’s beautifully shot and the Irish comic is on spectacularly funny form.” – Time Out London
“The best of this bunch is Storyteller Tommy Tiernan’s Crooked Man, There’s unlikely to be a more compelling stand-up out there today, with this show giving us all the sides of Tiernan from the hushed conspirator to the firebrand preacher, riffing on childhood, family and a little bit of politics. Pure genius, so it Is “ (●●●●●) The List
“The DVD feels wonderfully intimate, capturing the mischievous atmosphere the Navan native effortlessly conjures as he muses on marriage religion and turning 40, judging by Crooked Man, growing old disgracefully suits Tiernan perfectly” – Hot Press

Christy and Declan work really hard to entertain us and the attention to detail is so
obvious. Some of the songs make us laugh and some nudge our conscience such as Ordinary Man and They Never Came Home. No one can sing and play guitar like Christy
and the sounds Declan can get from his guitar is magical. We love to hear Declan sing
and he always picks great songs like Corina or Billy Fury’s classic I Will. Come on Declan give Christy a break,
